Hold the line. Break the tide.
Tap a stage to defend it · tap a royal city to craft, raise animals and trade
Tap a glowing pad to raise a tower — towers are built with stone. Four kinds: Longbow (single target), Arcane (ignores armour), Mortar (splash, ground only), Bulwark (soldiers that block the road — tap the road to post them).
Upgrades cost gold. Click a built tower to level it up to 4 or sell it back for 60% of the stone and gold you spent.
Call waves early for bonus gold — but the road gets harder every wave. Every leak costs lives.
Gold, wood, iron and pelts stay on your hero between stages — wood falls in the forest, iron in the mountains, pelts in the steppes. Stone is different: every stage hands you a purse of stone to raise towers with, kills add to it, and whatever is left is gone when the stage ends.
Your royal city holds the workshops — the Forge for weapons, the Armory for armour and helms — plus the Stables and Menagerie for animals. Crafting there is cheaper when the kingdom produces the material.
Your Hero fights on the road. Your first Hero picks a race — human, dwarf or elf — and that race opens one kingdom: humans the steppes, dwarves the mountains, elves the forest. Then pick a class — soldier, rogue or wizard. Every kill levels him to 100; at level 20 he picks a second class, and that unlocks tier 2 equipment.
Gear you are not wearing goes in your stash on the Hero screen (40 slots). In each royal city the market lets you sell spare gear to other heroes for gold, or buy theirs — gold from a sale is waiting the next time you visit.
